FNB not being able to assis

Over the past few months, I have faced an unprecedented financial downturn, exacerbated by illness of a parent, economic instability, and a lack of accessible financial assistance by FNB. Despite diligently managing my finances and adhering to responsible budgeting practices as I had with FNB for over a decade, I find myself struggling to make ends meet and engaged with my private banker who advised on several options that failed. I then decided to move my primary banking to an alternate until such time I have gained a financial strength hence I did not get any assistance from FNB, due to frustration, two months ago, and now I am being told I am not banked.

Days later after further escalations i am told its because of my arrears.
