FNB not attending to my ***** case yet I have investment funds to withdraw that are blocked

I have had a ***** case against my account around February and the FNB staff said it is due to the fact that I invest in Bitcoin and that case was resolved and another ***** case was again open against my account for the similar transaction for my Bitcoin investments which was a **** and my bank account being suspended again and closed off while I have investment funds available in my FNB sharesaver account. Now I can not withdraw my investment because my ***** case resulted to FNB blocing my investment and they even wet to an extend of instructing Capitec bank not to give me access to my credit card due to the ***** case against my account. I have sent email and make a number of calls to solve this probem, but theres is no one who is availale to solve this casee. The so called Manager Mr Maisha, Mahlatse and Lebepe, Thabo (responsible for my case) both dont respond to their emails while their phone are never icked up.
