FNB not assisting with Money

No feedback from FNB. Money was transfer to FNB Private Label and since the 4 June no one can tell what happened to my money. It is saying Discovery medical aid with the medical aid number. But no one is responding. Standard bank is saying they wait for FNB???? In the mean time. Y medical aid is canceled.???? This money is lying in FNB account. FNB PRIVATE LABEL ACCOUNT. WHAT IS SO DIFFICULT???
