FNB not assisting with a ***** debit order

There was a ********** transaction that went off on my account, 18/05/2017. FNB managed to reverse the deduction - which turned out to be a Vodacom debit order sent up from a Makro store in Germiston, where I've never been in my life!

19/05/2017 Vodacom was contacted to close the account.

Again 01/06/2017 another fradualent deduction went off matching the details of the one that had happened 2 weeks prior, this time for R312.00

i contacted FNB via phone as I was told it's the only way to report fradualent actitivities. After being on hold for 30 mins I went into the branch & was told to call & they couldn't help me. I made the call from the FNB phone in the branch & still no one picked up the phone. I was on hold for another 30 mins. I told this to the FNB Prospecton - Durban branch manager & he said there's no other way.

I'm not happy that FNB is not making efforts to protect my account. They said they cannot close the account just because of one fradualent debit order. Now there's 2 - but they are not even answering the phone for me to tell them about the second one!

This is really poor service of FNB!
