Fnb not assisting

Hi all I was tranfering money to someone via paysharp transition I did send to wrong acc by mistake then immediately go to fnb brand because I was using fnb app.they gave me phone to talk with their consultant then she told me they will call me back after doing investigation even Nou I'm still waiting.can someone help me on this
