FNB NOT ASSISTING, AGENTS ARE CLUELESS

after countless efforts since Beginning of the year to get my eBucks sorted out, my issue is still half resolved. FNB promised to sort this issue out, but my issue is till hanging. query number is ***Q, I STILL AM DEPRIVED OF MY REWARDS, I STILL DO NOT QUALIFY, THE REFUNDS I RECEIVED DO NOT EQUATE TO TO THE EBUCKS THAT I HAVE LOST UNFAIRLY DUE TO THEIR DISCREPENCIES. I NEED MY REFUNDS FULLY REWARDED . I HAVE BEEN SENT FROM PILLAR TO POST AND NON OF MY ISSUES ARE BEING RESOLVED.
