FNB not as safe as we think

Someone stole my fone and hacked Fnb app, the person app**** for instant Loan of R73 000 and it was approved immediately without any security checks like another banks will usually do, I reported the matter case was open C/N(***) Number to call the investigating officer from FNB is F*** Mr Franco this happened on 14July2025 reported 16July2025 now I’m paying for Loan I did not apply for and every time I call *****ulent department no one seem to care..I have provided a medical report that shows I was spiked or drugged during this incident. I wouldn’t advise anyone to trust their money at FNB it’s not safe..how do you allow such amount of a loan to be approved without any security measures.
