FNB not as helpful as they claim they can be

I had my credit limit decreased without my consent, this after i had already gone over the new limit. Now all my fnb accounts have been frozen without any explanation whatsover. I logged a call two weeks ago and besides my numerous attempts to get this fixed, no one really bothers. All fnb does is to flock my email with new case numbers that not followed up on either way.<br> What the use of your crm if you are not keeping your customers happy???
