FNB not as great as they advertize...

<p>Some months ago I opened two accounts online with FNB. They happily accepted deposits into these accounts. But when I wanted to transfer the funds, I couldn't as there were a hold on the accounts. After making phone call after phone call and being transferred from pillar to post several times, I was eventually told that I should mail some documents to their FICA department, which I did. Nothing happened, and nobody can tell me what the problem is. And I can not get my money. Pathetic.</p>
