Fnb not as good as i thought

I was asked per sms to join fnb. I wanted to for a while so it was quit convenient. Part of tge deal was that if i move my sallary and debit orders i would get a 2000 rand dischem woucher.

I did that. Phoned in later only to see that none of tge employees at the call centre actually had a clue about it. I have the printed out agreement and went into the branch in bloemfontein to show them. They also didn't help much only read it to me and said that it says on tge agreement i should wait until the 15th. I thought the service was great at fnb but im mistaken. Not only did i not recieve the voucher they promised i would get of i switched banks but they also havent activated my credit card even after i signed that agreement aswell. I have paid money into my new credit card aswell but i cannot use it as ot looks like its frozen but it reflects on the app.

Maybe i was bettet off at my previous bank.
