FNB not answering calls

I am very upset that FNB keeps me for 30minutes on the line. First call lasted 11minutes beroe i was cut off. 2nd call i asked to be transferred to legal and nobody answered again. I called again and ask on the voice prompts for legal and held on more than 13 minutes as nobody answered. Such poor service
