FNB not adhering to signed Student Loan contract

I have a signed contract for a Student Loan to be deducted frorm my account on teh 29th of each month for a specific amount

FNB deducted a different amount (more than double) from my account on the 23rd and I have been trying to have it changed as per our contract, nothing more and nothing less.

I just want what has been agreed upon!!

Hi Naomi, Thanks for the response. The problem is twofold: 1. Amount is not the same as per the signed contract 2. Amount deducted form my account on a different date than what has been agreed upon. Please can FNB refund the amount and only deduct the agreed amount on the agreed date as per the signed contract. I am also expecting a call from someone to confirm that everything has been resolved. Thanks in advance, Nico

Hi Nico,

Thank you for your posting.

I have referred your comments to FNB Loans and have requested that they refer to the initial contract signed and correct the deduction date as well as the amount deducted.

They will provide you with feedback regarding the refund.

Dear FNB, The problem has not been dealt with and FNB deducted more than teh agreed contract on a different date, and now again today another amount!! I work on a budget and for FNB to deduct money out my account that has not been agreed upon is extremely unfair and if not dealt with before end of this week, I will have to complain formally with the ombudsman and ask for compensation for the inconvenience, as money that I need to live on has been taken out of my account ********ly!

FNB, sort this out now!! I am tired of this incompetence and want my money back and only pay each month as per the signed agreement! I am getting phone calls now trying to explain things and why I am paying more each month for my loan, Unacceptable!!
