FNB not adhering to code of banking practice

FNB is not adhering to the code of banking practice. It is clearly stated that a consumer has the right to information.<br> <br> My bank account was put on hold 4 weeks back and since then FNB has made no attempt to explain. I have been to my local FNB and it was verbally communicated to me that SARS instructed for a hold to be put on my bank account. I requested written proof of this request by SARS but I was denied this information by FNB. John Volmink told me telephonically that not all information is mend for every one. I do not understand if I am the consumer how this information can be denied to me. <br> <br> I have been to SARS and they clearly explained to me that they did not instruct for any hold to be put on my bank account. I also have reference numbers from SARS head office that my SARS assessment has been approved and completed. I have all the necessary documentation from SARS as well as personal documents to proof that my SARS assessment is completely legit. Maybe my bank account was just randomly put on hold by FNB as they refuse to proof a reason or supply me as the consumer with proper information. Weeks without access to my funds and weeks without any feedback from FNB!
