FNB not Adhere to there Promises

Do not believe what FNB or there Sales Consultants tell you because its utter lies upon lies. I have opened up an account with consultant Cindy Forbay External sales in August of 2025 because its beneficial as i have an Wesbank account. Cindy said to me that day when she visited me at my work place and helped me open up the account face to face that when account is open that i have 3 choices to chose from that will benefit me either lower bank charges or cashback on my wesbank account or 55 000 ebucks so i have chosen to go with the ebucks and that the ebuck will be paid in once my first salary goes into the account that was end August i have been in contact with Cindy Forbay on whatsapp since then and on 19 December 2025 she has send me a whatsapp message saying ebucks should have been paid already we have been communicate back and forth since then and even had logged cases with FNB regarding the issue. So i have send Cindy Forbay an whatsapp today 23 January 2026 that she can go ahead and close my Account with FNB as i have been patient enough till now So please do not believe what they tell you its utter LIES upon LIES
