FNB not acting on ***** when informed

FNB is unable to get hold of one of their account holders (Plant Index) to resolve a payment dispute. Investec did reached out to FNB however no assistance is forthcoming from FNB. Our discussion refers: We received two pro-forma invoices from Plant Index which have been paid in full, including VAT. (Documents attached)

It is important to Note: Their equipment was never received by Technischer on site. Plant Index sales rep committed to refund the sale amounts in writing however none has been forthcoming since 3rd November 2025. The director/s of the company are not available or contactable. The company address is vacant. The company is deregistered on CIPC. (Document Attached) The company charged VAT and is no longer SARS compliant. A case of ***** has been opened at SAPS Alberton ( Document attached). I request the associated funds to be reversed from the receiving FNB bank account and Plant Index FICA details to be investigated in order for other companies to be de*****ed in the same manner. It is totally unacceptable for a company to continue rendering services via FNB account on a *****ulent basis while FNB is aware of the matter.
