FNB NOT ACKNOWLEDGING THEY MESSED UP !!!
why am I not compliant if I have 2 emails saying I am you ***** my money from my youth accounts!!! I WANT TO KNOW WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR NOT DOING THEIR WORK !! If I wanted to go into a bank, I would have banked with CAPITEC after 25 years, you refuse to acknowledge you wrong and reactivate my kids accounts that you did not let me know you closing when I was compliant WHY !! WHY!! WHY !!
