FNB not able to see a ***** (unautorized) transaction

On the 28th of November, i picked up a funny transaction on my pending debits IKH*Da Silva Take A 400738*9783 27 NOV This was on a Sunday that the debit was reflecting on my account.. The next day I contacted FNB and I spoke to multiple agents and they said they could not pick up the transaction.... today R940 went out of my account and they are only confirming now since 3 days they could not see the transaction Now they tell me that it could be a ***** and will take 30 days to be resolved ... I am now out of R940 and my bank cannot stop the request ...the ***** department does not pick up any calls I tried the ***** dept more than 4 times
