FNB not able to provide a proof of transfer to Wesbank

how is it possible that FNB cannot assist with a proof of transfer to Wesbank (being 1 of the divisions of FNB) Spoke with 5 consultants who are unable to assist how can i confirm that i transferred to the correct account Extremely disappointed
