FNB not able to help me reverse payment

I'm disappointed with FNB, I made a payment of R 1 400.00 to an FNB account and they are telling me they can reverse the payment because the other client says they are not giving an authority to withdraw. FNB is allowing a client to ***** my Money. I'm so disgusted right now. FNB I want my money back please.
