FNB not able to assist me

My business card had expired - it was delivered to Westville Branch. FNB kept sending me messages to advised me of this. Problem is...I was busy having a baby!!! Who is now only 3 weeks old.
There is no way I can go into the branch and collect this card.
So I call to check if they can have it delivered (Ref. No. RT***)...will cost me R145 (courier) + R120 (reversal) - I will be out of pocket for R265.
So obviously I would rather collect. But they won't allow me to send my husband. I have to be AT the branch. I did not ask for the card to be sent to the branch in the first place. Both my business and personal accounts are held at FNB and I am always given the courier option.
I think considering the fact that its impossible to leave a 4week old baby and go into the branch FNB should consider sending me card to me without charging the ridiculous rates.
