Fnb not a good bank to deal with

I just received a call from a guy saying he came to evaluate my house, he said he's been sent by Jabu a guy from fnb, I'm so dissapointed because Im currently not working I was retrenched and I have been paying my bond using uif, and currently Im seif employed and I'm affect by lockdown I know I have arrears but I did spoke to them yesterday that I'll make sure I push those arrears so I'm so dissapointed by what fnb is doing I even asked if they can offer me a grace period as i'm looking for a job but they refuse I'm really fed up with fnb
