FNB not a good bank, money is disappearing from my account

I have since logged a claim with FNB ***** department weeks ago and no response has been given or contacted. I have explained to them that every time I pay with my card my money disappears. Yesterday I had R1007 in my account and made payment to Apple and realised that R250 is gone and the R44 that I was paying. On another occasion R600 just vanished from my account. The other issue that I have with FNB is that I’m paying double fees. I’m paying when making deposits and sending money then come the date of paying account fees, I’m charged accruals that I have paid. In December 2022 I bought items from takealot and one of them was not correct and I had to returned it. Takealot came to collect it and I requested a refund to my bank account. Instead of them refunding me they debit my account, FNB advised me to cancel the card before the transaction goes through so the money was already taken from account by FNB as it was pending transaction but not yet paid over to Takealot. Takealot refunded me but my pending transaction was not reversed back to my account. So FNB is not a good bank and I’m leaving it as we speak, going back to Nedbank.
