FNB not a caring bank in times of COVID!!! permissionskyc - account dormant (but still deducting fees) - Bank should get flagged by SARB/SARS for not supporting income of revenues into SA!!!

Terrible experience trying to re-instate my dormant account with permissionskyc. I am currently overseas and cannot get back to South Africa. It seems they are doing copy and paste responses and not addressing my issue. They asked for papers which I provided in the 1st email to them already (then state something like - if you cannot provide papers then we understand and will wait????!!!!) I have reminded them 3 times now that I have allready sent it!!!! and telll me what else to do - how many hoops do I still need to jump through! I have money to pay into my account from overseas!!!! Terrible in that I told them that I have money pending to come into my business account, but my account is dormant - I have tried some many things...depositing money(like they told me); sending my father to the bank (as an adtional person I put up having permission on the account) but not working. Then they said I need to send an email to permissionskyc (now this email has been sitting there with copy and paste responses back to me for the last 2 weeks!!!! I also told them this is urgent as I need to pay people & suppliers...but no urgency (seems like it is not really affecting their pockets so why do they need to care) Terrible in this time of covid for a bank not to care!!! I need the dormancy lifted on my business account!!! Perhaps I should report this to SARB/SARS!!! This is money that is supposed to flow easily into SA. What's more is that FNB has put my account as dormant and I cannot use it, but still deducting their monthly fees!!!! TERRIBLE!!!!!
