FNB NOT A BANK THAT WILL HELP YOU GROW FINANCIALLY

I have been a PRIVATE CLIENT for FNB for almost a year and if you can ask me what i have benefited i would say nothing. That is after paying huge fees for my banking infact using INVESTEC is way better than using this.

I have asked for a credit facility that is probably so small from a credit card to an overdraft facility the answer was NO.

I was told i need to wait for 3m for an update on my credit profile on the other side i am bieng offered personal loans on my app with a 25% interest rate *** is that...

i am bieng offered personal loans but when i asked for a simple credit card they saying i am being declined????

FNB please explain one thing to me are you a bank that is helping people to grow financially or you trying to bring people down? and not bieng there for them when they need you most?

You are offering me personal loans worth more than 100k but you cant offer me a simple credit card?

why is that so? if this is not resolved i am definitely moving my banking i am tired of this.........
