FNB NORTHRAND ROAD - HORRIBLE SERVICE

I wish I could give zero stars! FNB Northrand road, I am extremely dissapointed. After being there for 2 hours without my issue being resolved, they wanted me to go to a different branch, I had to take off work to go there, I have an hour lunch but haf to sit there for over 2 hours an get into trouble at my job. This is after I have been mailing them for two weeks with no response, I tried their secure chat online, I was just cut off by every single agent. They eventually said that I can go. They will ensure the issue is resolved and give me a call to update me. I still have not had any feedback, even the lady from their head office advised them what had to be done, she followed up as well, but she is also being ignored. I will advise everybody to stear clear of this bank! I want my money back!!!
