FNB North Rand Road Branch

<p>The service is absolutely terrible, no service at all, i went there an hour ago, as i have been trying to Fica my child's account since saturday, on Saturday we spent more than an hour in the bank, only to be told the child must be present whom was writting maths, today i returned, oh boy, the bank was packed, my ticket no was 235, so i do not understand, with the bank so packed with people, 6 desks open, what is going on? The other thing is i am sick, sweating perfusly aswell, i am outraged towards fnb, how long were we supposed to sit there if they were only at ticket 216, i am shocked, and tonight we will make an informed decision regarding FNB, think it is time to move to another bank, so tomorrow i will try again, i will take a picknic basket for incase, it is like going to home affairs, same story, but i am disgusted with fnb's customer handling.</p>
