FNB normally deducted my PL installment on the day my salary gets paid in, but this month they deducted it on the 22nd, even though there was insufficient funds available. On April 24th 2025 I chatted to Vusi on the banking app, who directed me to Nolitha in the PL dept, who then transferred me to Moegamat in Collections.He advised debit date is the 22nd, yet, looking at the debit order history, it was always debited when my salary was paid in, on the 25th of each month. I advised him that I am going to send an email to inquire why there was a debit even though there was insufficient funds in the account and no response.
