FNB Nonsensical Blocks on Small Business Run Accounts.

FNB does not care nor accommodate its small businesses registered with them. I've had my business account blocked over 3 times now because FNB never makes an effort the business owner for comment when a client approaches them.

Now my partner and I are being threatened to have our accounts closed over situations we have not control over.

An angry client can simply call and in a minute our accounts are blocked including personal accounts not linked to the business.

We provide proof that the client is mistaken, and small businesses are run by single individuals who have no time to attend to all queries at the same time but it takes forever to have holds removed. That time we have bills to pay, and payments to receive.

can you explain how we can be protected as small businesses from these blocks that hamper business practices?
