FNB NONGOMA BRANCH DOES NOT DO DEPOSIT

This branch (FNB NONGOMA BRANCH)does not do deposit in side, why ? I don't know ?♀️, went to this branch early this month to deposit money for my sister (school registering) when I get there the queue was so long in each ATMs every one was depositing and withdrawing at same place it was quiet a disaster, than we went inside it was empty and quiet, than this other lady (teller)she ask me, "can I help you" I said I'm here to deposit, than she asked me how much I said 2000 , than she was like "we only deposit 10000 inside "go outside, I've never heard such, yet she can see that ATMs are already full outside and they were busy chilling inside doing nothing instead of helping us.... I'm confused what kind of a bank is that does not do deposit? Less than 10000 , this needs to be fixed,? Found old people waiting long queues outside while tellers busy having chillas inside they so heartless shame,FNB MANAGER MUST BE FIRED!
