Fnb nonchalant attitude towards customers

I made an atm deposit that was unsuccessful on the 6th of August 2024 the bank gave me a form to complete that they will contact me up till date no correspondence from the bank and I have sent countless emails to the bank and their head offices yet no replies.

This happened in Bay side mall on the above date.
