FNB Non-Service Delivery and Shocking Customer Service.

Requested an overdraft on my business account on the 16th of September 2023 at FNB Lynwood. I had to contact the call center to find out that it was approved and that someone will phone me. It is now the 13th of October, and after numerous calls, I am still waiting for someone to contact me. This is the worst treatment I have ever received from a Bank.
