FNB Non Service
In April 2020 I was retrenched and informed FNB about it and requested that my credit card and Loan be covered by me Insurance. This was done for 1 month an now i am being told i will be blacklisted as i did not have insurance that is a complete lying story. Can someone senior please look into this and give be descent feedback as i am being send from person to person and no one can assist me.
