FNB non-responsive behavior

We have made arrangements with FNB not to return our debit orders for our Medical as well as Vodacom debit orders, due to the financial implications of the Lockdown, but they seem to have no consideration at all - we are in the Hospitality industry and are seriously effected by the current situation. No change to contact them in any way.
