FNB Non-Resident Centre failing to locate/process application

The FNB Non-Resident Centre are failing to locate/process our application for financial emigration. I couriered the required application forms together with cover letter and supporting documents from Canada to Johannesburg, DHL confirmed delivery on 21 January 2019 and provided signature proof of same.

However, up to now nobody at the abovementioned office has been able to locate my documents and all I've been told is that they are following up with the mailroom. It is starting to seem doubtful that the package will be recovered which is highly concerning as it contains certified copies of highly personal and confidential documents.

Additionally, the time, effort and financial cost incurred (certification of documents is not a free service in Canada and together with international courier fees this amounts to hundreds of dollars!) to prepare and send off these documents have been substantial and I do not wish to have to repeat this.

I have been exceptionally patient thus far but I find this to be an unacceptable level of service and would like someone to resolve this ASAP.
