FNB Non-resident banking poor servixe

Non resident banking is not very functional. Am quite disappointed FNB Non Res froze some money in my account and asked me to send proof of funds. I did that and since then there was no response and the funds are still frozen. Worse still they put a number there that when you call no one will pick up - mind you you are also calling from outside the country. Please be considerate and respond considering that these are funds that someone probably wants to use. Really do not leave people hanging while you hold funds. Its not right at all.
