FNB Non-Existing services

Tried calling 3 times and sent them messages 4 times to ask for information and both Sharon and Lethabo said they would call back in 15 mins its about 2 hours now. Im the client but seem to be doing all the chasing...so much for paying for private client facility really not worth it. Thanks for a really non-existent experience at least if I got bad service it would have been something but nothing is even worst.
