FNB non-existent service

I have tried to close a business account for over a month now. I went into Constantia Branch and they told me they can’t do it, I need to call a call Centre. Tried that twice and still nothing. I was moving from Standard Bank to FNB because I thought it would be better but Standard Bank shines way above their lousy service.
