FNB - Non Existent Home Laons Department

Phoned FNB Private Clients because i coul not get through to Home Loans Department, I got transferred to Home Loans and they never answered, it just played music ….forever. I put the phone down eventually. Your home loans department is USELESS!! I have been trying for two weeks to get hold of them. I even went to my fnb branch and was told they don’t do home loans at the branches I must phone. I phoned from the branch and was holding for 30 minutes without a single answer on the other side…….I think the only option is to move it to a different bank that actually has customer service.
