Fnb non compliant on debit order reversals

As a FNB client for the past 8 years I never had issues with them. This Covid 19 pandemic has made this bank more greedy and their lack of client service is absurd. Today 21 April 2020 they told me that I am not allowed to reverse a debit order that went off my account. This is my account and this is my money which they deliberately withholding. As many businesses cant afford certain debit orders during the lock down, I am also one of them. I was told that FNB can not and will not reverse debit orders regardless. All other banks allow for debit order reversals but not FNB because someone there just decided to change the rules. Their call centres tell you how to reverse debit orders but that option has been taken away. I hate this bank at the moment.
