Fnb nolonger have customer care

I have been trying to get hold of FNB since Thursday last wee today from 9am until 11.30 am nothing, thy dnt answer calls if they do you get transferred 10 times. Its high time people we start moving moving our business accounts and personal accounts somewhere else. Used to like fnb but in able to be held you need to report to hello Peter is that service
