FNB - No verification of debit order.

Disappointed with FNB, we entrust our funds with them and they allow companies to debit our accounts without approval. It appears that if we have a scheduled debit order that company can place a new debit order against our accounts. Telkom has been debiting my account for a contract I didn't take. I then have to pay FNB to reverse the costs which I didn't authorize. Three times already as Telkom continues to debit my account.
