FNB no such thing as how can we help you!!!
After a break in at my premises and my merchant terminal being ******.
To date, after more than a year of trying, FNB is still charging me every month for a unit and service which I no longer have (and not due to a lack of my trying to have it replaced, rectified or cancelled) the amount is in excess of over 12 000 rand. as well as being charged for 2 units which was never the case, we informed them, they stopped charging me for 2 terminals, but guess what, never refunded me for the months they double charged and to this day continue to charge.
Considering my business has been with them for - 50 years and to date I get nothing from them except charges after numerous attempts to rectify this. Even Capitec Bank, without business accounts assisted me with in 3 days to have a new terminal installed as 50yrs of banking means nothing to FNB!

I am beyond disgusted with the service (lack there of) from FNB and their attitude to their customers and false advertising \how can we help you!!!!"Apparently you cant!!!"""
