FNB... no service...no ethics...no worries

I have been trying to call your premier banking dept for the last 90 mins. every single time, even through the direct line, through the call centre number, through the branch ; it doesn't matter i get routed to the gold desk, the so called personal banker sent to me through the chat doesn't even exist. the number and the person. as of this very moment im holding again... "award winning banking app" how can a person be helped if there is no actual way to go through to the correct channels. your voiceprompt system is useless. your chat functionality is useless as one keeps getting cut off, and when you do get through you get the wrong info. Sending an email is useless if you as the client is not willing to spend every single day to follow up and even then no response is given. Requests get sent through by your consultants never to be followed up on again. I wonder who votes in these best bank in competitions, i wonder what i am paying service fees for. i wonder how you can still honestly call yourselves a good bank with good service if there was never any service to speak off. I am trying to downgrade my account because your app has annoying popups at any given time, why must it take 3 days to downgrade. you already went and took banking fees. i didnt even sign anything. pressing accept on an app shouldn't be sufficient approval of changes like these you know in case it gets done by accident? But i guess you don't car, any opportunity to make more money out of your client is an opportunity seized...no questions asked. and now im told i'd have to wait 3 days? when you charged bank fees immediately and let me guess when it does eventually get downgraded you will still be charging me for my gold cheque banking fees on top of the already charged premier fees and then you will refuse to credit the difference back because you are FNB and above any ethics and you do as you please when you please and no one will ever be able to hold you accountable because making money is your only concern. honestly disgusting values.
