FNB NO SERVICE WHAT SO EVER

This is the 5th time escalating this fnb if you do not come to the party I’m going to the ombudsman

I cannot apply for revolving credit facility the application process keeps getting kicked out ie your app and online platform system IS NOT WORKING

Everytime I have escalated your consultants call and tell me that someone else is going to address this has happened 5 times now

This is the worst service I have expierenced from a bank in my life
