FNB No service pathetic.

Pathethic bank my wife has a prestige account with FNB but no benefits whatsoever, platinum card for what? Useless bank cant assist not even with a temp loan yet they claim to be the best. Paying for prestige services but no service whatsoever. App**** for revolving credit they said 24hours after 48 hours it was declines. App**** for overdraft declined. Temp loan not available. Went to ABSA and they approved. Useless service from FNB wont recommend them to no one. Thumbs up ABSA for assisting within one day. Platinum card for what, no service whatsoever. We will be taking our business somewhere else most probably ABSA.
