FNB no service, money ******
I recently had funds charged from my account, ive flagged the transactionsand tried contacting FNB, all they do is say i must call the call center, i try and call, just get hung up on. I try and use the in contact on the website and it just times out, no one can help me... Money has been taken from my account and this institution is supposed to safeguard my funds, thats why i use them. But they do absolutely nothing and make it impossible to even report ********** activities. I am absolutely disgusted at the service i have recieved...

And that is more than fair. I wish they would be more helpfull and assist from day 1 than having to resort to this and contacting the aanbitsman.
