FNB - NO SERVICE FOR A BUSINESS

Good day

There has been no feedback regarding our account being frozen for no reason.

The proof op payments have been sent as requested.

This is a business account so that means we need the money in the account to actually pay suppliers and employees and you are just treating this as NOT IMPORTANT AT ALL.

This is totally unacceptable. What is the point in having a private banking if they are never available to assist a business?

How can we run a business if our bank is not treating this as urgent or assisting us in anyway?

Is FNB going to cover all our costs as well as refund the client because we can not get the materials and already paid the first supplier which we can not get a refund for???????
