FNB -no service ever. Period.

Where is the option for zero stars. I continue to not be able to get any after service from FNB. Website bot does not work. AI generated call does not work. App does not work. They continue to work harder at ensuring that no human being will be available to assist. Countless sms's and emails to move to private client but no service available when required. The telephone bot asks for me to verbalise my issue. I grunt as a reply and it says this is handled on the website and to wait for a message on my app. Which of course never arrives. Telephone calls are never answered. If you are considering switching to FNB run, run in the opposite direction. Still no tax certificates for this year.
