FNB no service, disfuntional app

I hade a card dispute and did the dispute on the app, that also seems to not work, nothing was done as usual and then my debit orders bounced, they immediately charged me for that, seems charges are the only thing that works there, I tried to contact them through live chat, but of course that is also not working, then tried to call then and waisted almost 50 rands airtime to listen to the stupid music, time to find another bank, or just keep my money in my coach like our president.
