You can’t get your bank statements from the app for the last 3 months.

When you phone FNB you wait forever to get hold of someone and when you finally do the line is so bad that you can’t hear anything.

I got hold of someone just before 4 o’clock but the person pretended not to hear me obviously because it was just before knock of time.
